“I just wanted to thank you for the loving care you gave Oliver on his last day. Your gentle support meant so much to me and Oliver. A terrible time was made bearable by your support and gentle loving care for my silly little boy (old man that he was). What I thought would be impossible to get through was made tolerable – you let me hold him as he drifted away and I thank you for that. When I couldn’t talk, you told him he was loved and would be missed.”
